Head of Department (HOD) – Service Advisors

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the Service Advisors team to ensure premium customer experience.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth customer handling and timely service delivery.
• Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Coordinate between customers, workshop, and management to ensure satisfaction.
• Train, motivate, and mentor Service Advisors to achieve departmental goals.
• Handle escalations and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in team supervision or leadership role is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management.
• Technical knowledge of automotive services and operations.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
