Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
- Record complaints and vehicle symptoms accurately on the job card.
- Explain service options, cost estimates, and timeframes clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely repairs.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
- Perform final inspection and ensure job completion before vehicle delivery.
- Promote additional services and maintenance packages where appropriate.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technologies and brand-specific service protocols.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Proficient in service management software and MS Office.
- Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Work Environment:
- Workshop/showroom-based role.
- Interaction with customers, technicians, and suppliers.
- May require extended working hours during busy periods.
