We are seeking a professional, service-driven Real Estate Media Specialist to join our team as a 1099 Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a 5-star service experience to real estate agents and homeowners on-site.
• Capture high-quality interior and exterior photography (HDR and bracketed.
• Perform video walkthroughs, 3D tours (Zillow), and floor plan measurements.
• Ensure all media is uploaded within our required turnaround times.
• Maintain a professional appearance and friendly demeanor—you are the face of the brand in the field.

*You do not need to have experience in real estate photography, just customer service. Our easy to follow process and tools allow for any skill level to learn to produce our branded standards.*

Requirements:

Equipment: You must own and maintain your own professional gear

• DLSR or mirrorless camera (capable of 5-brackets)
• Wide-angle lens (10mm cropped and 14mm full-frame minimum)
• Monopod (sturdy to hold camera on it’s own)
• SD Cards (3-5 recommended)
• Phone with 4k @ 60fps
• iPhone 14 or newer
• Samsung S23 or newer
• Google Pixel 8 or newer

Location: Ability to travel to properties within a 50 mile radius of Columbus, OH.

Mindset: A strong focus on customer service. You understand that the agent’s success is your success. Willingness to follow our easy JPG Media branded process to create consistent work.

Tech Savvy: Ability to use in-field apps, scheduling apps, and file-sharing platforms efficiently.

Reliability: A dependable vehicle, turning in consistent work product to JPG Media standards, and a commitment to showing up on time, every time.

• Part 107 Licensed Drone Pilots or willing to obtain preferred

Compensation: Starts at $30 per job (45 minutes)

• Onboarding flat-fee $350 B2B Integration Fee (Paid after the 5th successful shoot from being marked live)
• Percentage bump between 5-20% for higher tiers
• Tiers depend on a variety of factors. Can apply for a higher tier after completing 30 appointments.
• Currently offering limited 5% gas stipend for increased prices at the pump
