Job Overview

Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to support our high-volume service department. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in call centers, automotive service, or appointment scheduling who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a Service BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for service customers, responsible for inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication to drive service traffic and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service calls promptly with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments
  • Make outbound calls for declined services, missed appointments, and maintenance reminders
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text message
  • Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
  • Communicate with service advisors and management to coordinate customer needs
  • Help manage daily service schedules to maximize shop efficiency
  • Promote service specials, maintenance packages, and dealership offerings
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment goals
  • Deliver a high-end customer experience aligned with the Genesis Cadillac brand

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in a Service BDC, call center, dealership, or automotive service environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, dealership software, and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
