Service Center Specialist

As a Service Center Specialist, you will be the voice of our organization supporting and retaining personal lines customers on behalf of our independent agency partners. You will deliver exceptional service, provide trusted guidance, and serve as a subject matter expert in Auto, Homeowners, and Umbrella coverage while helping customers protect what matters most. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and agents, answering questions on coverage, billing, premiums, and policy changes
  • Quote, recommend, and sell personal lines products to new and existing clients
  • Conduct proactive renewal reviews and identify coverage gaps
  • Resolve underwriting and policy issues with sound judgment
  • Deliver first-call resolution and an outstanding customer experience
  • Accurately update policy information across multiple systems
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Collaborate with teammates to exceed service and sales goals

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Sales experience preferred
  • 1–3 years of insurance or related experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Licensing & Growth

An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required for this role. We provide ongoing training, tools, and support to help you continue growing your insurance career and expand your expertise in personal lines coverage.

Schedule

This is a full-time, 37.5-hour per week position, Monday through Friday. Our service center operates between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and team members work scheduled shifts within those hours (such as 8:00–4:00, 9:00–5:00, or 11:00–7:00) based on business needs.

Salary Range

The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $73,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
