We’re currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Service Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our service operations. What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and schedule service calls with efficiency and care
• Manage technician and electrician calendars to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Support the service department with administrative tasks and process improvements
• Help keep our office and service team keep running like a well-oiled machine

What We’re Looking For:

• In-office availability (this is not a remote role)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savviness
• Prior experience in service coordination — bonus points for electrical or construction industry background
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
