Manages employee schedule and updation of timesheets on timely basis.

Responsible in assisting employees in visa application or any related travel requirements e.g ticket booking.

Manages employee gate pass application and induction

Acts as liaison between clients and company.

Scheduling appointments for clients, answering phones and tracking clients' service records.

Answers client and customer questions.

Tools transportation arrangements and coordination.

Assist Services team to prepare site related draft docs, Document control, Tools Calbration logs etc.

Responding to complaints and resolving issues or matching clients with better services.

Arrange and maintain necessary docs for ISO 45001 Audits

Timely arrangement & updation of Training certificates for Services staffs.

Procument of minor tools & consumables and arrange to deliver at site when required.

Manitain & track tools inventory.

Arrange timely service or calibration of Machineries & instruments and maintain the updated cerificates readily available for the services team when its required.

Coordination with Site Managers and ensure the site expenses
