Service Coordinator

American Air Compressor is a small, fast-growing team looking for a highly organized Service Coordinator to help keep our service department running smoothly.

This fast-paced role focuses on scheduling and dispatching technicians, reaching out to customers to book services, and keeping technician calendars full and efficient. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers while also supporting parts research, purchasing, and warehouse inventory.

No industry experience required, we’re happy to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch service technicians
Contact customers to schedule maintenance and repairs
Maintain clear communication with customers and technicians
Research and order parts as needed
Assist with purchasing and inventory management
Track open service calls and keep records up to date
