Service Coordinator

United Mechanical Corporation has been a trusted leader in the HVAC industry for over 48 years, serving a large and growing customer base. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) is the technology that keeps indoor environments comfortable and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and help manage the safety culture at United Mechanical.
• Provide excellent customer support to include managing inbound phone calls for service requests, concerns, updates, etc.
• Responsible for providing accurate and timely proposals for service work and/or repairs.
• Responsible for receiving, creating, and dispatching calls for service.
• Daily management for open service calls, to include reviewing costs, field notes, and status updates.
• Issue purchase orders to technicians as necessary.
• Assist in ensuring timely and accurate completion of paperwork by technicians.
• Ordering of parts/materials and submitting returns as required

Qualifications

• The ability to work accurately while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while meeting necessary deadlines.
• Dependable team player with a strong sense of accountability.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and basic Windows environment is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and become proficient with our service management software within a set timeframe is required.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Drug Test, Background Check, and a Valid Driver’s License Required
• Bachelor's Degree or Equal Experience in an Applicable Field Required

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
