We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at LCS, Logical Control Service in Carrollton Texas.
In this vital role, you will serve as the central point of contact for coordinating service activities, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations & Scheduling
Partner with the Dispatcher to manage daily scheduling, job coordination, and workflow prioritization.
· Cross-train with Dispatch to provide seamless coverage during PTO or unplanned absences.
· Maintain clear, consistent communication with the Service Manager and Dispatcher to ensure operational alignment.
· Contribute actively to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending workflow enhancements.
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Contracts
· Manage the full lifecycle of PM contracts, including scheduling, customer communication, parts procurement, and on-site preparation.
· Coordinate delivery of required parts and materials to the shop; oversee organization and job-readiness of equipment.
· Compile PM service data, collaborate with technicians to evaluate findings, and prepare accurate repair quotes for customers.
Administrative & Billing
Obtain required client documentation using company-approved forms prior to initiating approved work.
Ensure all technician-procured materials are accurately documented for timely and complete billing.
Track and communicate parts orders to technicians, the Service Manager, and Dispatcher, ensuring all parties remain informed.
Customer Relations & Service Delivery
Serve as a point of contact for clients, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a high standard of service experience.
Assisting Dispatch with coordination of service operations to ensure timely, efficient delivery while meeting customer expectations.
Experience
Pay: $24.97 - $30.07 per hour
