Job Summary
Sunych Integrated Service LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage and streamline service operations. The role involves coordinating service requests, scheduling field teams, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of communication between clients, technicians, and internal departments to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage incoming service requests and job assignments.
- Schedule technicians and service teams based on availability and priority.
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries and updates.
- Track service progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and client communications.
- Prepare service reports, work orders, and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for required materials and equipment.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards and SLAs.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement of service processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in service coordination, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in facility management, maintenance, or technical service industries.
- Familiarity with service management or ticketing systems.
- Strong coordination and scheduling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
