As a Service Coordinator, you are one of the first and most important connections between our clients and Lawyer Mechanical Services. Serving as both an ambassador of LMS and an advocate for our clients, you help create exceptional service experiences through proactive communication, thoughtful coordination, and a commitment to delivering on our promises.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and internal teams, you are responsible for coordinating service activities, anticipating client needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects our culture of professionalism, responsiveness, and care. Your ability to organize, communicate, and solve problems plays a critical role in building trust, strengthening relationships, and supporting the success of both our clients and our team.
May directly supervise HVAC Field Technician Apprentices in the Service Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

High school diploma or equivalent. General experience and thorough understanding of dispatching and scheduling as would be acquired through two to five years of related experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Valid Driver’s License
Continuous speaking, hearing and visual (including close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus) effort. Position requires frequent sitting at desk, walking and standing, crouching, stooping, kneeling, reaching and regularly lifting/moving up to 25 lbs., occasionally lifting/moving of up to 50 lbs. Close mental and visual attention. Work involves some irregularities and difficulties in repetitive and varied tasks, continuous general concentration. Stress due to working with a great number of personalities, work pace, and pressure will be present.
Typical office environment. Noise level is usually moderate.
This position does not require travel.
