Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service schedules and dispatch technicians or field personnel efficiently using transportation management systems such as NetSuite and various Customer Portals such as Service Channel.
• Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing multi-line phone systems and practicing excellent phone etiquette to address client inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams through clear updates on service status, delays, or issues via phone calls or written correspondence.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data entry and typing accuracy for maintaining detailed records.
• Effective communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for managing multi-line phone systems and client interactions.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, freight handling.
