This is a full-time position, ideal for a highly organised and customer-focused professional who will act as the crucial link between our discerning clients and our expert service department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer's service journey from start to finish, ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive experience that reflects the prestige of the Maserati brand. The offered salary for this role is between $20 - $35 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner, both in person and over the telephone, to initiate the service process.
- Listen attentively to customer descriptions of vehicle issues and accurately document all relevant details on repair orders.
- Liaise effectively with service technicians to ensure a clear understanding of the work required and to monitor the progress of repairs.
- Proactively provide clients with regular and timely updates on the status of their vehicle's service.
- Clearly explain all completed work and associated costs to customers, ensuring full transparency.
- Manage the scheduling of service appointments to optimise workshop flow and minimise customer waiting times.
- Handle the final stages of the service process, including invoicing and processing payments accurately.
- Consistently strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure the timely availability of necessary components for repairs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or coordination role is essential, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Experience working within a luxury brand environment is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and courteous demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Proficiency with standard office software; experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
- A valid driving licence.
- A genuine passion for high-end vehicles and delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
