Service Coordinator – Home Appliances

Hiring: Service Coordinator – Home Appliances (Post-Warranty / Warranty), Qatar

We are looking for a dynamic Service Coordinator to manage and expand the after-sales service business (Post-Warranty / Warranty) for Home Appliances (HA) in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service operations for HA products (Repairs, AMCs, Paid Services).
• Build strong customer relationships & ensure prompt complaint resolution.
• Drive revenue through AMCs, paid service campaigns, and spare parts sales.
• Lead & train technicians for efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Consumer Protection laws.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or Business Management.
• 2–5 years’ experience in HA service operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HA products (Refrigerators, Washing Machines, ACs, Cooking Ranges, etc.).
• Experience with leading brands such as LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, etc. preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
• English mandatory; Arabic an advantage.
• Qatar Driving License preferred.
