Position Overview

We’re looking for a high-level Service Coordinator to manage dispatching, customer communication, and quoting. This role is the center of our daily operations—keeping technicians moving efficiently while ensuring customers receive fast, reliable service.

You’ll play a key role in both coordinating service calls and generating quotes, helping keep jobs flowing from first call to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Coordination

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, installs, and emergency jobs
  • Manage and adjust the daily schedule in real-time
  • Communicate with technicians throughout the day to keep jobs on track

Customer Communication

  • Handle incoming service requests via phone, email, and text
  • Provide clear updates and set expectations with customers
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Quoting

  • Build and send quotes based on technician notes, photos, and job scope
  • Follow up on open quotes to help move jobs forward
  • Coordinate approved work into the schedule

Operations

  • Create and manage work orders with accuracy
  • Coordinate parts and materials as needed
  • Ensure jobs are properly documented, completed, and ready for invoicing
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching, service coordination, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in commercial doors, entry doors, construction, or service industry preferred
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar systems is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000 – $60,000/year (based on experience)
