Service Crew – Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide a positive dining or service experience
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Operate cash registers and handle payments correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist customers with inquiries, menu details, and special requests
• Ensure orders are completed correctly and delivered promptly
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Support opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup
