As a service crew member you will serve food, process customer payments, and provide customer service. Work during all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Service crew members work in a team-oriented environment with other service crew staff members, and typically report to the shift manager, assistant manager, and manager.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer phone calls
- Interact with customer and respond to their complaints & questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers as needed
- Must be efficient in achieving sales, you must use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers.
- Serve food to customers
- Process payments and cashiering duties on POS including cash, check, credit cards & digital systems
- Must have basic understanding on food delivery aggregators
- You must clean work areas with other team members and keep the work area organized
- Maintain stock in work & customer areas with needed supplies, such as napkin, condiments and cleaning supplies and notify management about inventory levels.
Requirements:
- With pleasing personality
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Proven experience on sales skills
- Basic math skills
- Must be familiar with restaurant management platform and POS operations
- Must have computer skills
- Must be able to spend hours walking and standing, and must lift heavy stock items, which requires physical ability
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable; Training from a culinary school will be an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
