We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Service Delivery Intern
to assist our Service Delivery team in ensuring efficient project execution, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. The intern will support day-to-day activities, documentation, coordination between internal teams, and contribute to improving delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Service Delivery team in coordinating ongoing client projects and service activities.

Maintain and update project tracking sheets, documentation, and reports.

Support scheduling, communication, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.

Help monitor service performance metrics and prepare periodic dashboards.

Participate in meetings to capture action items and follow through on progress.

Assist in process improvement initiatives and quality checks.

Provide administrative support for escalations, issue tracking, and resolution documentation.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration
, or a related field.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good understanding of IT operations, service management, or project management concepts (ITIL knowledge is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced service delivery environment.
