Service Delivery Intern

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Intern to assist our Service Delivery team in ensuring efficient project execution, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. The intern will support day-to-day activities, documentation, coordination between internal teams, and contribute to improving delivery processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Delivery team in coordinating ongoing client projects and service activities.
  • Maintain and update project tracking sheets, documentation, and reports.
  • Support scheduling, communication, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help monitor service performance metrics and prepare periodic dashboards.
  • Participate in meetings to capture action items and follow through on progress.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives and quality checks.
  • Provide administrative support for escalations, issue tracking, and resolution documentation.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration , or a related field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of IT operations, service management, or project management concepts (ITIL knowledge is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced service delivery environment.
