Service Delivery Manager

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management, Vendor Management, or client-facing Consulting roles.
  • Proven success managing large-scale service delivery programs, meeting or exceeding SLA, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Solid technical understanding or direct experience in areas such as network systems, ticketing systems, data validation and QA, site reliability engineering, data science, trust and safety, cloud computing, and automation.
  • Ability to oversee or engage with teams working on SQL, Python, Go, Perl, Linux systems, Puppet, Java, Docker, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to drive results in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Slack and Quip.
  • Must be able to work PST hours; location in PST or MST time zones preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with Google, Client, or other major high-tech clients.
  • Background in Vendor Engagement Management or large-scale managed service programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs across global teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110.00 - $130.00 per year
