Ability to Plan & Organize team for any service delivery projects work flow to ensure effectiveness & efficiency of the team organizes.

Ability to Controls, reports full details for assigned projects in order to meet deadlines with needed quality within service deliver SLA.

Monitor the progress and performance of team, to ensure that we are on the right track.

Analyze the performance of any service delivery projects to meet the customer satisfaction and achieve the service delivery SLA.

Analyze team reports to guide for corrective actions needed on suitable time to achieve target on time.

Orients, leads and evaluates team members to attain assigned objectives within the time and quality frames set.

Create process/enhance/roles of departments to ensure that every team member has the awareness of his role that help for smooth operation

Ability to Create/Prepare a process and responsibility matrix with other departments.

Ability to prepare all staff reporting to the position so as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.

Set & Monitor the execution of team activities and KPIs to ensure proper handling effectively as per company strategic target.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports to the top management to ensure their full awareness of the process detailed performance and objective achievement.

Monitor Service Delivery systems for any errors & communicate with IT team to solve such problems.
