Service Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

Jacinto Morales Transport and Logistics Services is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Delivery Specialist to coordinate service operations, support client requirements, and ensure the efficient delivery of logistics and operational services.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple tasks, and ensuring customers receive reliable and high-quality service. What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily service delivery activities and operational support tasks
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion of customer requirements
• Communicate with clients regarding service updates, schedules, and delivery status
• Collaborate with operations teams to maintain service quality standards
• Track service performance metrics and support operational reporting activities
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and operational reports
• Support scheduling, dispatch coordination, and workflow management activities
• Assist with customer onboarding and service implementation processes
• Monitor service level agreements and support compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to service delivery operations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in service delivery, logistics coordination, customer service, operations support, or related roles
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to service quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business systems
• Experience with CRM systems, logistics platforms, or operational software is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
