EMR is currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees needing technical support with hardware, software, telephony, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service. This role will be worked in our Camden, NJ location. There is no opportunity to go remote or hybrid. This role pays $25 – 27 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line support by answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests for assistance related to hardware, software, networking, and telecommunications.

Image and configure desktops and laptops to company standards.

Support Microsoft Office products and provide desktop assistance across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).

Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring excellent communication and follow-through with users.

Administer and maintain file and print servers, manage Active Directory (create/manage users and groups), and perform basic Microsoft Exchange tasks (mailbox creation and permission management).

Move and install PC equipment as needed for troubleshooting or deployment.

Support mobile device management and remote access technologies, including Intune and Citrix.

Promote and maintain information security best practices throughout the organization.

Document IT procedures and maintain accurate installation/configuration records.

Work collaboratively with other IT team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN network topologies.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop and service desk support roles.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems.

Ability to manage workload efficiently to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Certifications & Additional Requirements

MCP and A+ Certifications (Required)

Knowledge of ITIL practices or ITIL certification is a plus

Experience with Citrix, 3CX, or other VoIP systems preferred

Valid driver’s license required

Familiarity with proprietary technologies is a plus
