Service Desk Analyst (Entry Level)

Looking to start your IT career with real-world experience? Snap Tech IT is hiring an Entry-Level Service Desk Analyst to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates, current students able to work full-time, or career changers actively pursuing IT certifications.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple client environments, technologies, and industries — not just one internal network.

Location: Cumming, GA or Tempe, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:50am–5:00pm
Salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year + bonus opportunities


What You’ll Do

  • Provide remote technical support to business clients (B2B environment)
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, email, printers, and basic networking issues
  • Manage and resolve tickets in our ticketing system
  • Use RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate) for monitoring and remote support
  • Perform technical triage and determine issue severity and impact
  • Document all work thoroughly and consistently
  • Stage, image, and deploy desktops and laptops
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding
  • Support cybersecurity tools (antivirus, email filtering, web filtering, encryption, MDM)
  • Maintain client documentation in IT Glue
  • Participate in ongoing technical training
  • Occasionally travel onsite (valid driver’s license required)
  • Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule


What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support experience
  • (internships, home labs, and personal projects count)
  • Strong customer service or client-facing experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
  • A growth mindset and desire to build a long-term IT career


Preferred (Not Required)

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
  • Microsoft certifications
