Service Desk Technician (Tier 1)

Position:  Service Desk Technician (Tier 1)

Compensation:  $22 - $26/hour, depending on experience

Location:  Denver, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled  Service Desk Technician (Tier 1)  to join their team!

Join a dynamic team providing top-notch IT support in a vibrant environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills in Tier 1 troubleshooting and laptop refreshes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Troubleshoot hardware and resolve Tier 1 issues
• Reset passwords and manage IT assets
• Perform laptop refresh and setup
• Roll out Intune and assist onsite
• Scan and tag assets to maintain records
• Collaborate with team for seamless operations
• Provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 6+ months of IT support experience
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware
• Experience with Microsoft Intune
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage IT assets effectively

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Knowledge of asset management tools
