Service Dispatcher

Burton Pools and Spas LLC. Springdale location is looking for

· Full-time

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of keyboard /computer/ Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook is mandatory

· Ability to handle multiple phone lines

· Verbal ability to receive and impart accurate information

· Create quotes, Service Orders, and manage Purchase Orders

· Review and receive merchandise shipments into inventory

· Process monetary transactions

· Handle customer warranty claims

· Assist the sales staff and customers as needed

· Other duties as assigned by manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00+ per hour
