One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is growing and looking for a highly organized Service Dispatcher to support our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams. If you enjoy helping customers, coordinating schedules, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate appointments, follow-up visits, and technician schedules
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment status and service updates
• Maintain accurate customer records and job information in ServiceTitan
• Support technicians with scheduling, routing, and job completion
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

• 1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
