Job Role
Responsible for entering data accurately into computer systems. May also be responsible for organizing, collecting and managing data and files to be entered into the computer systems
Job Responsibilities

Check the quality of highly standardized work undertaken by teams in accordance with strict quality standards, escalating any issues identified for resolution

Create, organize and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a senior colleague

Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct

Help manage internal client relationships by supporting others to build effective working relations

Perform basic data reporting tasks to support others by using established procedures

Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.

Support others by carrying out basic data management tasks.
Education
Bachelor in Relevant field of study preferred
