Job Summary


Service Engineer will be handling maintenance services for high-voltage products (mainly Power Transformers ) within the Egypt market. This role will be responsible for the customer service, technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site maintenance. Managing customer complaints, provided training, coordinated quality inspections, and ensured cost control while driving customer satisfaction initiatives.


Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do


  • Responsible for providing comprehensive operation and maintenance services, including but not limited to customer service, project registration and follow-up, and solution preparation.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of regional customer service functions, integrating daily business operations with those of overseas subsidiaries under dual-line management.
  • Handle regional customer hotline operations, including online inquiries, registration, response, delivery, return visits, inspections, and timely processing of urgent requests. Escalate critical quality issues to headquarters and assist in resolution.
  • Conduct statistical analysis of regional customer feedback and maintain records such as complaint logs, returns and replenishment logs, spare parts inventories, and other relevant documentation.
  • Provide on-site technical services, including accident handling, product maintenance, replacements, and evaluation of technical service effectiveness.
  • Identify suspected quality issues in regional returns, and coordinate, inspect, and supervise the return acceptance process.
  • Deliver advanced technical support to customers and sales teams, including technical consultations, product selection guidance, and product knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct training sessions for regional customers on product troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Manage regional customer service center expenses, including tools, travel, courier services, and other costs, ensuring proper control and budgeting.
  • Support the planning and implementation of regional customer satisfaction survey activities.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.


Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below


  • Bachelor’s or masters degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer specially for the Power Transformers
  • Familiar with T&D industry related products
  • Strong on-site coordination, handling and response ability, good communication skills, strong sense of service
