Experience : Min 3 years

Roles & Responsibility

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service technicians and engineers.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufactured equipment at customer sites.
• Coordinate with production, Automation, R& D, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent technical service and support.
• Manage spare parts inventory and service tools.
• Handle escalations and support complex technical problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
