The Service Engineer is responsible for handling and resolving client complaints related to equipment, systems, or services provided by the company. This role ensures timely technical support, accurate diagnosis, and effective resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold service quality standards.

Concerned must be familiar with Generators & Pumps 2–4 years of relevant experience in technical service, maintenance, or customer support.

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and respond promptly to client complaints and service requests.
  • Diagnose technical issues on-site or remotely and determine appropriate corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, operations, and quality) to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Conduct inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance as required to resolve client complaints effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain service reports, complaint logs, and technical documentation for all cases handled.
  • Provide technical feedback and recommendations to management for product/service improvement.
  • Ensure all complaints are resolved within defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) timelines.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, providing clear updates and ensuring satisfaction after resolution.
  • Support the Service Manager in identifying recurring issues and developing preventive strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
