Service Engineer

Qualification: BE in Electrical / Electronics

Experience: 2 to 3 years at least in the relevant industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on various industrial products i.e., Security equipment’s, material handling equipment’s etc.,
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on equipment.
• Deliver comprehensive training to clients on system operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests and exceed customer expectations.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
