Service Engineer

We are looking for Service Engineer (Dental Equipment's)

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission dental equipment and products — including Dental Chairs, Dental X-ray systems, Suction & Compressors, and CAD/CAM (milling machines) — ensuring correct setup and optimal performance .
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Perform Field Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) and install contractual spare parts according to factory procedures.
• Carry out on-site repairs, calibration, and troubleshooting, ensuring high-quality service for all assigned equipment.
• Coordinate daily with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure their full satisfaction.
• Complete required documentation, including service reports, maintenance records, and workflow updates.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental equipment through continuous learning and training.
• Follow all safety protocols while performing job duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in dental equipment service.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
