This role requires a strong understanding of 3 phase UPS, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Study and understand project BOM, Configuration, Site Wiring & Site Layout from Sales team and implement the same on site.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly.
• Own the commissioning process & handing over of the project. to the cusotmer.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, designs, reports. Also ensuring proper handing over of documents in co-ordination with sales team at the end of the project.
• Co-ordination with various vendors, Electrical Consultants and PMC’s including project meetings and project execution ensuring all project activities meet or exceed industry standards, regulations, and company quality guidelines.
• Co-ordination with internal support functions of Eaton like SCM, Quality, Logistics and regularly updating key stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and changes in scope.
• Address technical issues and project challenges, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Involved in onsite training to Customers facility team.
• To search for various business opportunities to increase service revenue by means of generating enquiries for panels, cables, accessories etc.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Technical Diploma or BE or BTech

BE in Electrical / Electronics with 3-4 yrs of experience in same field or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics with 5-6 yrs of experience in the same field.

Skills

"Electrical, Electronics knowledge is a must

Knowledge of UPS, Electric and Data Centre projects

End to end project execution experience

Strong in documentation "
