Job Purpose
The service engineer will carry out service and technical activities in the repair hub.
Role And Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components of computer systems, security networks and mobile phones.

Provide technical support service to the customers who have technical difficulties within their device and software.

Performed all levels of preventive maintenance services as per vendor procedure.

Provide 1 hr TAT for walk in repair service.

Maintain a record of all tools and test equipment's utilized and ensure their availability by accurate checks and ensure their accuracy as recommended by the manufacturer.

Preparing job orders and service report

Provide quotation for Out of warranty repair.

System updates on the repair activity / claims

Complies with company code of conduct and vendor service operating procedure.
Qualifications And Education Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience on the same field
Skills And Abilities

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)

Good communication skills: effective interaction with vendors and all levels of employees throughout the corporation.

Self-starter, highly motivated and able to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and changing priorities.
