Service Engineer

Role Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing biomedical equipment at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure biomedical equipment as per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and testing of equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on proper equipment usage.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Participate in equipment demonstrations and tender evaluations when required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, equipment innovations, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Service Engineer or relevent: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s licence (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
