Service Engineer

We are hiring Job Vacancy: Service EngineerCompany: MYMSALocation: EgyptJob Purpose:Provide installation, maintenance, and technical support to ensure reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Installation, maintenance, calibration, and servicing of systems and equipment.Ensure equipment operates according to technical specifications and safety standards.Maintain readiness to respond to service calls with appropriate tools and technical expertise.Conduct testing and validation of systems before delivery and after maintenance activities.Submit detailed service reports and technical feedback after each site visit.Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.Develop technical knowledge through manufacturer documentation, training, and senior engineers’ guidance.Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and service tools.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering.Minimum 2 year of experience in maintenance, installation, or technical support.Excellent written and spoken English.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Strong internet research and technical documentation skills.Good software and system troubleshooting abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
