Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Stiga team and the Stiga workshop.
• Perform Preventive and corrective maintenance for Stiga products.
• Diagnose faults and propose effective repair solutions.
• Responsible for installation, commissioning, and start-up of Stiga products.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Perform maintenance in the workshop or on-site.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (experience in pumps is preferred).
• Basic knowledge of motors, bearings, seals, and a gasoline engine.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Ability to travel.
• Good knowledge of electrical connections.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
