Service Engineer, Flow Control

We are looking for Service Engineer to strengthen our Flow Control team in Saudi Arabia !

Your responsibilities

As a Service Engineer at Valmet, your responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day after sales services .

• Grow the spare part sales as well as services sales in the assigned territory/accounts.

• To participate in all daily after-sales service needs (claims, warranty, product training, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, technical support, customer demonstrations etc. ) in co-operation with our local sales agent, authorized service partners (ASP's ) and other Valmet offices.

• Training (service, smart products etc. ) of local sales, ASP’s and customers.

• Smart technology product customer demonstrations & presentations.

• Operating the workshop and demo units.

• Follow up of field test units.

• To update and maintain local project data book library.

• Participating in annual shutdowns .

• To execute installed base audits (in co-operation with sales).

• To ensure spare part quotations for all new projects (in co-operation with sales).
  

To succeed in this role, you will need

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering .

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar field .

• Knowledge of Valves, Flow Control products and Smart Products .

• Customer oriented approach .

• Car Driving License .

• Travelling across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain .
