Service Engineer HVAC

Position: Service Engineer – HVAC Industry

Experience Required: 5–6 Years
Location: Pune
Salary: ₹35–40 K per Month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues efficiently
• Manage AMC contracts and breakdown services
• Coordinate with clients for service schedules and technical support
• Supervise service technicians and ensure work quality and safety standards
• Prepare service reports, job cards, and maintenance documentation
• Ensure compliance with HVAC standards and safety regulations
• Support project and sales teams with technical inputs when required

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, ductable & package units
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical specifications
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby locations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and service reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering
• OEM or HVAC contracting company experience preferred
