Job Description:

We are excited to expand our team and are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) to join our dynamic workforce. The job role requires prior on-site experience of maintenance and troubleshooting of drilling, mining and construction machinery and equipment. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage maintenance and troubleshooting of our product offerings.

2. Address customer queries on maintenance and equipment faults.

3. Oversee and lead site visits for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery.

4. Conduct in-depth studies, analyze, and compile technical reports.

5. Interpret and understand mechanical drawings of machinery and related products.

6. Engage actively in ongoing training sessions and professional development classes.

7. Maintain effective communication with customers and team members via email and other communication tools.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (BEng Hons) in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Applicants having Engineering Diploma with sufficient experience are also welcome to apply.

2. A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in machinery maintenance

3. Prior experience in the drilling, mining, and construction sectors is preferred.

4. Proficiency in basic IT skills, including the MS Office Suite.
