Retd. PAF/ARMY JCO Supervisor (Electrical/Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

• Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output.
• Resolve technical and process issues as they arise.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Prepare and submit production and other reports, and review work orders for accuracy.
