Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Digital Marketing & E-Commerce to lead our digital marketing strategy and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of proven experience in managing performance marketing, SEO/SEM, e-commerce growth, and digital transformation. This role requires strong leadership skills, data-driven decision-making, and expertise in driving online revenue growth through innovative campaigns and optimized digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, email, and social channels to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Lead and oversee e-commerce operations, including product listings, catalog management, promotions, conversion funnels, and marketplace (Amazon, Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) performance.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI, ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
  • Drive SEO & SEM initiatives to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, performance marketing, product) to deliver aligned campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data, prepare performance reports, and identify actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan and manage digital budgets and forecasting, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor e-commerce trends, competitors, and digital innovations to adopt best practices and new technologies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketers, performance specialists, and e-commerce executives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, e-commerce platforms, and online sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel integration, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Daraz, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and result-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
