SERVICE ENGINEER & Sr. SERVICE ENGINEER

We are looking for motivated and technically skilled professionals to join our Service Engineering Team in the General Diagnostics Department. If you are passionate about field service and working with advanced diagnostic equipment, we encourage you to apply.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• BS/ BSc / BTech in Biomedical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the diagnostic division or a related technical role (for Service Engineer). & 4+ Years for Sr. Service Engineer
• Strong learning ability with adaptability to new technologies.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed satisfaction objectives.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for field assignments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation, maintenance of diagnostic equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshooting technical faults and ensuring timely resolution.
• Performing preventive maintenance and calibration as per standards.
• Providing technical support and user training to customers.
• Preparing service reports and documenting parts usage accurately.
• Coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships through professional service delivery.
• Adhering to safety and quality procedures.
