Objective:
Responsible for delivering high-quality after-sales service operations for VRF systems, with strong hands-on technical expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and system optimization. The role requires proven capability in managing service activities, supervising technicians, and ensuring service excellence across multi-brand VRF environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of VRF systems across multiple brands (e.g., Samsung, Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, TCL, etc.).

Diagnose and resolve complex system faults, including communication errors, PCB failures, compressor issues, and control system malfunctions.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in line with OEM standards and service contracts.

Respond to emergency breakdown calls and ensure timely and effective resolution.

Supervise & guide technicians during maintenance and repair works.

Coordinate with OEM technical support for complex technical issues.

Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.

Manage AMC customers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate with procurement team & OEM to ensure availability.

Support AMC renewals and identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades.

Provide technical support and guidance to service team and customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term service excellence and retention.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

HVAC / VRF Certification preferred.
Recommended Experience:

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in VRF systems and hands-on troubleshooting experience in VRF systems.

Experience in after-sales service and maintenance operations is essential.

Experience in handling multiple VRF brands preferred (Samsung, TCL, Daikin, Mitsubishi, etc.)
Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of VRF system operation, controls, and components.

Solid understanding of HVAC fundamentals and system integration.

Ability to diagnose complex VRF system faults.

Hands-on experience with VRF diagnostic tools and software.

Ability to read and wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
