SERVICE ENGINEER - XRF

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning:
• Install and set up XRF machines at client sites.
• Ensure proper calibration and demonstration of machine functions.
• Maintenance & Service:
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and servicing of XRF equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues.
• Maintain service logs and reports for all visits.
• Customer Support:
• Provide technical training to customers on usage and care of XRF machines.
• Respond to service requests and provide timely solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent technical support.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure machines comply with safety regulations related to radiation equipment.
• Follow company protocols for handling sensitive instruments.

QUALIFICATION

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Prior experience (1–3 years) in servicing analytical instruments / XRF machines preferred (jewellery industry experience is an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, sensors, radiation safety, and calibration procedures.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
