Service Engineer/Manager

Service Engineer：
Location：Jeddah Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities：
1. Technical Support: Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of injection molding machines for overseas customers to ensure stable operation.
2. Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to customer repair requests, independently diagnose complex failures, and develop solutions.
3. Technical Training: Provide training to customer operators and local engineers on molding processes, machine operation, and routine maintenance.
4. Spare Parts Support: Assist customers in identifying spare parts requirements and provide technical recommendations to ensure accurate selection.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related engineering fields.
2. Experience: 5+ years in after-sales technical service within the injection molding or plastic machinery industry.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in hydraulic, electrical, and control systems of injection molding machines, capable of independently handling complex failures; familiarity with mainstream control systems is a plus.
4. Language: Fluent in English as a working language for technical communication and writing service reports.
5. Personal Traits: Excellent on-site problem-solving skills, strong customer service orientation, and cross-cultural communication abilities; willing to travel frequently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
