Position Purpose
The Service Line Executive Director (Neuro) is responsible for supporting the Physician Service Line Leader(s) in the business operations related to either a single or multiple service lines. The administrator will be responsible for management of the operations related to the service line’s success. Under the direction of the Service Line Leader, the individual in this position has overall responsibility for the Service line operations. Works to assure that staff and systems function to provide excellent care to all patients seeking treatment/service, supports successful development, implementation and growth of the service line; deploys and tracks methods to assure high quality outcomes, reduces variation resulting in cost effective performance and increases in volume/market share across the continuum of care.

- Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with admin, colleagues, patients and family members
- Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided
- Demonstrate problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the area of business, healthcare administration, or nursing, Masters preferred.
- Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a leadership role within a physician medical group, in an integrated health system withneuro service line background required.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, mentoring skills, and a history of creating and maintaining positive, productive relationships with Physicians and Advanced Level Practitioners.
- Demonstrated experience in developing successful working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of practice management operations, including finance and clinical operations.
