Service Man

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Service Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems at customer sites or company facilities. This role requires strong technical abilities, customer service skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair services on equipment, machinery, or systems.
• Diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Install or replace parts, equipment, or systems as needed.
• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and repair solutions.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments as needed.
