Job Summary

The G.W. Van Keppel Co., headquartered in Kansas City, Kansas, is seeking a Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure operational excellence. In this role, you’ll manage people, processes, and customer relationships while driving profitability and efficiency. If you have strong leadership skills and a background in service management, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve department goals and objectives
  • Hire, train, coach, and monitor employee performance
  • Provide clear communication and follow-up with customers
  • Partner with other departments to maintain effective working relationships
  • Travel as needed for training and to support other Van Keppel locations across the Midwest
